By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by the pso2 platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between pso2 and the user, governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform. pso2 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time, and any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is each user's responsibility to review this page regularly and stay informed of the latest terms.
These terms apply only to individuals aged 18 or above. Use of the pso2 platform on behalf of minors or legally incapacitated persons is strictly prohibited. Users accessing the platform from regions outside Bangladesh where online gaming is legally restricted must refrain from doing so. By joining the platform, users acknowledge that they are doing so voluntarily and with full awareness, and that they bear sole responsibility for their own activity. All terms are drafted in Bangla and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws and judicial system of Bangladesh.
To open an account on pso2, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each user is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and any associated benefits may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential and must not share them with any third party. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
In the interest of security, pso2 may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in a temporary account suspension. The user is solely responsible for all activity carried out under their account. Enabling two-factor authentication or other additional security measures is strongly encouraged for your own protection. Keeping your account secure is an important responsibility that should never be overlooked.
All users must conduct themselves honestly, fairly, and responsibly while using the pso2 platform. Fraud, deception, or any unlawful activity against other users is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized technology to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is not permitted. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs to obtain funds or benefits will result in immediate account closure, and any gains made through such means may be forfeited. Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform will also be treated as a violation of these rules.
Users must ensure they are accessing their own account and conducting transactions with their own funds only. Renting, selling, or transferring an account to another party is strictly prohibited. pso2 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if the platform is used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. Using pso2's content, logos, or brand materials without prior authorization will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights. All users are expected to maintain a fair and respectful environment, and keeping that environment intact is a shared responsibility.
All financial transactions on the pso2 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Only payment methods approved by pso2 are accepted for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, and other authorized mobile banking services. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though processing may occasionally take longer. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe once verification is successfully completed; withdrawals may be held pending until verification is finalized. All transaction records are stored in pso2's system and will serve as the definitive reference in the event of any dispute.
Regarding account suspension or closure, pso2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or security risks. Any legitimate balance will be refunded, though funds connected to fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Users who wish to close their own account should contact our customer support team, at which point any existing legitimate balance will be returned. Bonuses and promotional funds are subject to specific withdrawal conditions and cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are met. Any payment-related disputes or complaints submitted to our support team will be resolved as promptly as possible.
Pso2 strives to provide a service that is as uninterrupted and error-free as possible; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, pso2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond direct damages. pso2 will not bear responsibility for service interruptions or delays caused by natural disasters, government directives, third-party service outages, or other circumstances beyond its control. Users acknowledge that they are participating in betting and gaming activities of their own free will and at their own risk, and that any resulting financial losses are solely their own responsibility. Nonetheless, where pso2's direct fault can be demonstrated, liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question.
All content on the pso2 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pso2. Copying, distributing, republishing, or commercially using any of these materials without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. Any third-party links or content appearing on the platform are not under pso2's control, and pso2 accepts no responsibility for them. If you become aware of any intellectual property infringement or violation of third-party rights, please notify our support team. pso2 reserves the right to take full legal action to protect its intellectual property.
Pso2 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time, and any changes will be considered effective from the date they are published on the platform. For significant changes, pso2 will endeavor to notify users via their registered contact details, though this is not an obligation on pso2's part. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore in each user's own interest to visit this page regularly. These terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be submitted for resolution before the competent courts of Bangladesh. Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through mutual discussion, and legal action may be pursued only if an amicable resolution cannot be reached.
